where were the downrampers? Where were the folks calling this project a scam?

This is unfortuntely what it takes to get a project in EU to get going. Nearly 14 years! That's right 14 years before the EU plan on defining an agreement to secure 10% of raw materials. I really hope the permit doesn't take another 5 years in the Critical Materials Act. They have already defined Cinovec as a strategic project, so why on earth would they want to delay that??

Anyhow, enough with the rant, let's see if Europe has the balls to actually get things moving or whether they need to go back to the roundtable and waste more time with pointless meetings. Once Europe define what they want to do with raw materials, it will help investors gain more clarity on timetables.

Everyone who invested here is taking a big risk because the project's success depends on how quickly Europe want to greenlight the development. However, if things do according to plan - I doubt it based on past history, then we will see a major re-rating in the stock. It should be close to $500M - $1B market cap once the permits are approved.

Hence, the upside is real but also the downside is also real. The uncertainty is from EU side.
