Well it cost me 25% of the stack of PLS I bought back in 2017 which might turn out to be a terrible financial decision but this place came up 10 minutes from where I work, 30 minutes from our families and I couldn't say no, my thinking was it was time to start living life instead of just looking at the pretty numbers in my brokerage account. This is my free house paid for by a punt I took on PLS one night 7 years ago.

Needs a bit of work and all you Aussies in your Mcmansions are probably saying WTF is that heap but if anyone knows anything about the Irish property market you'd know nobody in their mid thirties gets to go mortgage free and they definitely don't get to do it with this many rooms and massive garden in the middle of a city, this is basically a lottery win off one company and I still have the vast majority of my shares, life changing doesn't even begin to cover it, girlfriends family looking at me like I had 2 heads at lunch today lol. Big thanks to everyone here for all the news and analysis over the years, I had sells lined up at $1/$2/$3 etc but this place always reassured me to just hold. Just needs a Tesla or something else electric in the driveway now...
