What excuse she got for increasing the remuneration package and shares right for herself and Dennis Lin in annual general meeting held on 28 Nov 2022 when company was showing losses and forecast for 2023 year was flat. Shareholders protested and voted against those resolutions. Several shareholders were muted from vote so that they don't exceed 25%.
I have lost 100k in bubs shares and have several sleepless nights. It gives me more pain when it reveals how money has been wasted by Kristy and Dennis Lin to fulfil their filthy desires and greed. Kristy and Dennis Lin and has committed several blunders and looted lot of money. Company should investigate and take legal action again Kristy and Dennis Lin.
