For a second I though they cant do what I suggested because of the 20% holding rule but then I just did some simple maths

80M shares if they place the 50m they got approval for =130M post placement

19.99% of 130m = 25.99m shares

so they can actually place the 50m to 2 groups and it will work under the 20% rule


I really really hope this placement goes to 2 Chinese Steel Mills who will also help with offtakes or financing

or better yet 1 Chinese Steel Mill and someone like AGO to creat competition

Or half to AGO half to BRM

ok Im really dreaming now but excited the wait should be too long

Would expect to know by Wednesday which coincidentally is the last day of the financial year
