You seem to want to keep making this claim but refuse to explain how it's the true. Not giving welfare based on race is nothing to do with suppressing their culture, not giving them special jobs because of their race is not suppressing their culture, not needing to welcome people born in this country to "their" country is not suppressing their culture.
