I thought I had found a good little company when I bought these a couple of weeks ago. If the directors are dumb enough to accept this deal, perhaps the results wouldn’t have been very good over the long term anyway. I have no interest in owning PRN. Put in my sell order. Probably get bought by the one of the two principals in the deal.
