I believe there was political interference in the original hearing. Apparently the plantiff's brother-in-law is high up in the Namibian Government. The judge was Zimbabian and due for retirement so there was plenty of scope for the judge to be influenced by various people.
I am therefore waiting on the sidelines until the the outcome of the appeal has been made known.
