Don't let paranoia take hold, thinking the Govt is coming after you...too much social media and alternative news!
Digital money will eventually replace cash just like cheques have been phased out. I agree that cash should remain but if you're not doing anything inappropriate, why would you worry about surveillance? As Michael Lebowski said, the US Govt probably is already able to track everyone without digital money. I hear Jim Rickards say that they can control how quickly stimulus money can be spent -e.g if the Govt gave you money and wants to stimulate the economy, they can make the digital money expire by a certain date. That is to increase the velocity of money, not a bad idea. But it becomes concerning if they do that to your money - but thats where laws and checks and balance comes in, so vote for a Govt that does not become power corrupt (irony is that the people who believe this actually support the very President who is most incline to think he can be above the law), the Yanks should be worried with digital money if Trump becomes the next Prez .

As for 15km travel, you didn't mention this is being trialed in UK to reduce carbon footprint, but its not like you can't travel beyond that, you possibly have to pay a toll of some sort. In any case, except for work (which probably be exempted), most of the things you need can be obtained within that 15km, and if such a plan is to be implemented, you'd expect that would be the case.

As for ignorance, why must all alternative media fans think that MSM followers are all so clueless and that they know the 'truth' while others are complete ignoramus?

...don't fall into the rabbit hole like all those Qanon folks.

We know that not everything that comes from a decent Govt are or will be good, but certainly better than the law of the jungle.
