I tend to think things may be close.
I'm sure they would have wanted to get this deal done, before any chance of a share price increase.
ie on the serface today the issue on new shares to Burnett is worth so much, but its a heap more if and when the share price rises.
Lets imagine the share price spiked by 20% on news, then offering shares to burnett may have cause more of a reaction amoungst shareholders.
