    It has been approx 14 weeks since we last heard from Soufflet...will the TO occur? The current SP does not fully think it will eventuate.

    Is this shareholing increase signalling a potential TO block? or alternative offer in the cards?

    I'm not sure if the FIRB will allow this to proceed.

    Some news, any news would be good....
