Noooooooo, guys you all need to go back and simply read the announcement made on this subject.

Why is PH being made out to be the devil for the existence of this loan? Have you guys considered the alternative?
It doesn’t matter what the reasons are for PH wanting to raise capital but when the SP was approx 10 cents on the way up can you even imagine what the impact to the SP would have been if he had raised his required capital by selling down over 100mill of his shares on market? Think about that seriously for a moment.
Instead he admirably left IMU alone and raised his capital in a manner that was available to him with minimal impact. From there the SP did move onwards to .625 cents. Everyone needs to acknowledge that.

MacQuarrie aren’t fools and standard business practices for this type of deal means that the position would be hedged as further security. PH never entered into the agreement knowing the SP would be harmed rather the opposite. I repeat, the SP went from 10 cents to .625.

Now I’ve been critical on the manner in which IMU carried out their last 2 raises (friggin disgraceful in my mind) and we are witnessing the consequences IMO but I take my hat off to PH for raising his own capital through MacQuarrie rather than the alternative.

Everyone had the opportunity to participate in capitalising late 2021, if you chose not to then fair enough but don’t go after management for your own decision.
