It's bollocks to think the share price will fall after July 9. For it to drop, people have to want to sell at a lower price. If they don't want to sell at 42cents, why would they sell at a lower price. Geez fellas, the problem isn't that the share price will go lower after the offer, its that ADI is going to have next to no liquidity which means its going to be rather hard to get value for your shares.
