Ann: YVW Notice to Proceed for the $53M Bioenergy Project, page-16

Digging deeper I have found that the Ecological Impact assessment for the YVW project is dated 29/4/23 and is associated with Permit PA2201903 which was put out on public notice by the Vic Planning Authority on 20/6/23. As yet their is no decision posted on the planning.vic.gov.au website but it does indicate that the project is being progressed virtually as we post. The YVW website still states clearly that the project is contracted to Delorean so evrything appears to be in order at this point. It also indicates how slow these projects are - in this case 11 other supporting documents of assessment were needed - some containing up to 120 pages. Many of these would not have been supplied by Delorean but organised by YVW at their cost. As I said hopefully this points to the phoenix rising. I am not looking any further I will put DEL shares back in the bottom draw for now.
