Another fluff piece has been published by SVM IR touting the benefits of the CLA transaction for SVM - SVM IR piece
Note the qualifier at the bottom - "This is sponsored content issued on behalf of Silvercorp Metals"
It's hard to imagine SVM publishing these sorts of articles if they weren’t serious about closing the CLA transaction… BUT it's all subject to CLA Shareholder approval AND without a meaningful bump, I certainly don't intend to vote for the deal based on their current non-binding offer!
