I too agree regarding the lack of transparency with AAM however I do have the following to add;

I read recently that the AAM MD put the delay in the first pour of gold down to some MINOR mechanical problems with the plant AND this old chestnut, a lack of skilled personnel to carry out the work during construction ;)

Surely he's having a bit of sport with the market?

Oh yeah and still no mention of a gold room, now that's the biggest joke going around. One can only wonder why on earth a company moving from explorer to producer would spend the time, money & effort they have and not incorporate a gold room as part of the overall project?

Something like this perhaps, 'I'm sure there's something we've forgotten to do, adequate water, check, mining licences, check, power, check, gold room, oh yeah we will need one of those won't we?'

Ask yourselves why although I'd suggest most have alredy done so, many, many times.
