This is a response from the CEO in relation to a recent email I sent him, that I received on Sunday 27th June.
"The 10 moz is a fact and over time we can grow it. We have previously mentioned that the drilling is mine focused and so not aimed at increasing Resources at this stage. But future announcements will give information. Quarter report out in July so you will be hearing from us soon. Drilling and other works confirm and support the Resource methodology. Mining is one part of the business; ownership of the gold is the key and where the value sits. The mining is a mechanical process that will flow. With the JV model,we have spoken about, then possibly $70m can be raised at no/minimal cost to shareholders. I am very upbeat, and excited, about the future."
Certainly looks like more funds will be needed - but the tone is certainly positive.
