ESS did not take PIO over. It was simply a name change. The caesium deposit (and adjacent prospective areas for caesium) are still in the ESS portfolio. This is probably the best area in the world for potential production of new caesium. There will still be a fair stockpile from the precious mining at Pioneer Dome.
