when we bring in China as a partner - obviously the area will be secure - with China, NZ, Australia and some pacific nations - we are all in it to look after our trade routes with each other
so - the USA can go home - save money and stay in it's own backyard.
Now being good people and having our own secure area ------------------- we could all get together and put some of the budget towards helping America -
we, we meaning the new Security pact - China, Oz, NZ, Korea, Taiwan etc ------------ we could all go and sail around the coast of America -
exercising our right of free passage in international waters ----------------- keeping American trade routes 'secure' for our friends.
after all America has done for us ------------ it's the least we can do
