I have no more information than anyone else, but my suspicion (mentioned in a previous post), is that PH is "keeping his powder dry" ready to pump out a stream of positive news prior to a CR: Resource Update, Offtake/funding Agreement, LJ Drilling results, 2.2 BFS & FID (and maybe even the "secret" works!). These are all ready or nearly ready to go, so I suspect we'll see them all announced in fairly quick succession followed by a CR at a hopefully elevated price...
...but this is just my guess, so it could be nonsense!
