My understanding is that NEU went from around $1.20 to $7.00 over the course of 2 years, and then doubled to $14 overnight on FDA approval.

I think IXC has the potential to do better. 2 years ago biotech stocks were in vogue and hence NEU was fairly priced at $1.20. That is certainly not the case now and IXC is far below where it should be at this point in the cycle. The potential return is therefore greater.

IXC could also be worth $14 on a successful trial and licensing deal (or takeover). I see it at perhaps $5 prior to readout. A handy 10 bags from here with seemingly little risk. Anyone buying now can carry to $5 and then sell a few prior to readout as insurance against losing everything in the coin flip.
