I was advised by my broker a number of years ago to take a position in this company.
I read the financial statements and then declined.
Two main reasons in addition to yours.
1) A very fragmented business with no core focus on anything. Bleeding cash and not sustainable.
2) The management compensation was excessive to say the least.
Needless to say I dodged a bullet.
