I'm not saying there won't be people interested. I'm saying directors would typically come from similar roles. And if they are good at there job they will have a notice period.
so a number of people here may work full time. Guess what.. you probably have a notice period in your contract.
hence a full recruitment to some of these.
advertise/scope market: 1 month
shortlist and interview 2 weeks
offer and acceptance of contract: 1 week
notice period to departing organisation: 3-4 months
