It reduces the amount of graft required (donor sparing). To cover the wound. To re-epithelialise the wound.
BTM doesn't replace grafting (in most cases, it sometimes causes the wound to not require grafting, however). BTM isn't used for re-epithelialization.
Lopes, I know you don't think you're trolling. It's because you don't realise how little you understand. No one is fooled, at least try and make a coherent argument. Make an effort.
