Seems to me that w3 is being genuine and sticking to the 9ema over 13 playbook.
But I believe he is also considering the fundamentals.... Rather than waiting for pure Ta guidance...... Come sell time it will be pure stone cold sell on the chart this time.. Fundamentals be damned Imo.
