From what I hear they can upgrade the plant for up to 20% above name plate of 300,000 tons for a cost less than a $1Mill. They just need another CIP/CIL tank. Mill and crusher are easily handling the throughput.
Opalines comment on blending is relevant guessing similar situation to SLRs first upgrade where they put in another settling tank for low cost.
