It is FACT.

So lets work out what retails really own of Andover...its a minority ownership.
First up Creasy Group takes 40% of all lithium at Andover leaving AZS as a company holding just 60%.
Secondly Creasy Group owns 13% of AZS so that means Creasy owns another 8% of the 60% taking Creasy Group effective ownership of all Andover Lithium to 48%
Thirdly, SQM already owns 20% of AZS so effectively SQM owns 12% of the Andover Lithium
Lastly Delphi owns 12% of AZS so effectively its 7.3% of Andover Lithium

Combined this is what the lithium ownership structure currently sits:
Creasy Group owns 48% of Andover Lithium
SQM owns 12% of Andover Lithium
Delphi owns 7% of Andover Lithium
Rest of retails and management owns less than 33% of Andover Lithium

The way you roll it all up is absurd, and misleading at best. And as if it matters? 60% of a butt-load of lithium is being reflected in the SP.
