But, I'm not seeing that in what IS happening. The sellers are not coming out!! The buyers are increasing, the sellers are sitting and the SP is going UP?? "Churning" is not happening as has been happeni g for months, which, seems to support my initial view that the lenders are playing a much harder ball and not supplying the wherewithall for THEIR clients to close. I can see some being painted into very tight corners. The lenders have NOT reduced their high exposures for over two months?!.
