So a number of people believe that the shares are going to drop from the 45c level. That does not mean that the share price will fall and in fact on reasonably good news and say a 10% rise in the SP , there will be a scramble to cover . The same thing happened over at LTR where there was a 9.13% short position before a revised T/O offer , sensibly rejected. The shorts were seriously burned and holders saw the price rise substantially from March 13th.Similar could happen here towards the end of July if production numbers are reasonable.
