imagine you are a US based company (the gas processor) trying to do business there and then having the onerous ASX disclosure rules thrust upon you by a new business partner.
unfortunately, and I know through personal experience that this can sometimes be a sensitive issue that needs to be worked through.
I imagine that the deal is actually down but the announcement is the sensitivity bs the actual agreement.
