regarding the "Received platform lot and commenced testing" announcement speculation, I'm honestly not sure if it qualifies as a required announcement. they have to announce anything that is material to shareholders, but i think its arguable that completion of manufacture is immaterial and the important thing will be analysis after manufacture. I guess its interpretation, cos others might argue that "successful completion" of manufacture is a milestone that needs reporting simply from the possibility that a manufacturing run could be "unsuccessful" so requires clarification. i guess what im saying is, whats the critical element here, and whats the asx rules on it? previously i would have stated i thought announcing completion of the manufacture with no material information about the outcome of said manufacture was a "fluff" announcement and not necessary. thoughts?
