    Post surgery on my femur I am struggling to get myself mobile. Contending with tiredness and fatigue associated with the surgery, my cancer and the hospital environment. Pain has been fluctuating and is sometimes extreme.

    Haven’t been spending, much if any time reading discussion here. Will start posting thoughts / insight when I feel better.

    For more fun will have another radiotherapy session next week.
