EXR Trading 2023, page-1071

IMO -- The Aquisition of Grandis last year -- was a great move -- and Potenetially the Price EXR paid -- could be a Bargain.



The Purchase -- was made from the Owners - who based on the Potential of Grandis --May have been "looking to raise some cash" --So the 500,000 cash and 20,707,934 Shares of EXR could be a great bargain.

The First lot of Shares wre unncumbered - (and may have been already sold off back in th last quarter of 2022).
The Second Lot were released from Voluntary Escrow on the 26th May 2023 --
Some "Cash may still have been required " for whatever Business purposes the original Owners sought to Sell Grandis to EXR for last Year.
So I think the Gradual Decline in EXR share price from last year and over the last week-- may be those Shares.

The Positive I take from this -- is Not the loss of Faith in EXR by Long Term Share Holders -- but the Possible need for Cash by previous Grandis Owners -- that has reduced EXR's Share Price ---which has enabled Accumulation of EXR at Share Priice that is far below the Expectation of EXR Long Term Holders -

On Paper --Many see Red -- but if th EXR story has been followed for the past number of Years -- I think many are looking for ways to Average Down- and for those in a position to be able to afford the extra buys -- congratlations --I too am looking for spare cash to invest...
