As said at the time, there are many reasons why directors sell ... and it isn't always a portent of doom.

We can speculate all we want, but only Graham will know his reasons.

Don't forget that he still holds millions of shares here.
He may well have felt that he had the right to take a bit of cash, having been instrumental in moving the company on massively from where (WMA) were a year ago. He might have needed the money to move house, pay for a wedding, a holiday. Directors are people too!

Who knows.

I agree that his timing wasn't the best from a shareholder POV, on the back of such good news. But in now way do I believe he had a premonition that we'd be down at 9.5c. Don't think anyone foresaw that.

I'm as disappointed in the current SP as the next man - probably more so, given the number of shares that I hold. But I'm not going to be panicked into selling at the bottom.

Don't need the money tomorrow, so won't be selling today.

We will always be a t/o target, even when markets and U308 price are languishing. I'd rather wait 2 years for the right price, than 2 weeks for peanuts.
