Where are the PIPE investments? We know a vast majority SZZL shareholders have opted to redeem their shares taking the overall capital to far less than the US$159 initially proposed. Typically, the sponsors find PIPE investors to make up for redemptions and to raise more capital as required.
No announcements on that front, yet you claim there are all these big shots waiting to get a piece of the pie.
