Phase 1 = Less than 5 acres affected. Phase 2 = Less than 5 acres affected, especially when they went back and drilled mostly the same places because they knew only 4% of the total claim would yield the most favorable results. Phase 3 = You can look it up on the 2019 application, I think it was something like 22 acres, anything more than 5 requires an Environmental Impact Statement. Less than 5, doesn't. How can I make it more clear?
