OK, good start. But what's the impact on S&W due to this? AK moved to EC - so presumably an increase in salary. PC has a title change to MD and included in BoD - presumably an increase in salary? Would appreciate the coy providing details for this extra cash cost, if any!
And the big one - thankfully the cash drain has been shunted off the BoD (i.e. TM), but until they can also confirm TM isn't now a contractor to the coy - on the same massive cash rate, I still won't believe a word they say...
