I think the fact that all active holders are retail give or take, now that the instos have run for the hills, puts QHL in a tricky position.

There is no buyer support when the total buys are worth under $80k and somebody wants to offload what looks like about 200,000 shares on the sell side.

To make the price move needs at least one good announcement on future profitable business plus a roadshow to insto investors by the CEO and Chairman.

Alternatively a private equity buyer could take it over with their coffee money, but I don't see how they exit.

Till then this plods along.
