Hi Acclivity.
Asking because you seem to be more on top of this than me. Digging around I see that Aetna is the 3rd/4th largest insurer in the USA ( larger than Cigna in any case ) but it also mentions that it is associated with Blue Cross in Michigan.
If what I read is correct , in plain English what does this actually mean ?
