WKT did state in the Gemcorp Funding approval announcement released 14th June that;
”The initial draw down of senior debt funds will be available on the completion of loan documentation expected this month !”
So WKT’s own announced timeline is by June end. Perhaps the board suffers from the same timeframe recognition and completion understandings much like @Red Adair has demonstrated ?
