    In New York sexually assault is not the same as a rape charge

    Rape requires penetration.

    So.. Is the moll claimed he penetrated her and the jury DID NOT BELIEVE HER...why would they believe ANYTHING ELSE SHE SAID?

    more to the point if they refused to accept she was raped and the finding for damages was that he defamed her for saying he didn't rape her...how on earth is that a justified finding...how can you defame someone with the truth?
