I don't know. I'm more occupied with how many SOZOs are on the truck on their way to Michigan. They knew this was happening at the time of the CR, so I would anticipate lots of paperwork going on behind the scenes. Sign here please. Not sure about the second director pick on first impressions, he is recently on the board of directors for 2 small fries with 1B share each outstanding, possible lifestyle gig on those ventures. Same old story of good at Rasing capital, corporate carry on etc. How about one that knows how to make money, can monitor cost controls and logistics in complex systems. Remember the first OMP purchase is to comply with been a board member approx. 45K of stock. But better if he buys 1M+ or more worth of stock. The holdings he has in the other 2 directorships aren't substantial.
I don't know what day the policy was released there is no release date on the document.
The policy was approved on the 13/06/23.
