Why would the EVN move be the catalyst? They only hold 3.7% - sure it's a name that most retail holders will know, but I don't agree it will be the catalyst.
I'd be more worried if Jetosea or Westminex came out and accepted. Which provides an easy enough safeguarding task for MGV mgmt, to get on the phone and shore up some support - and to let the mkt know.
