As you point out the sp did NOT trade at the required percentage for the required number of days.
Once again the similarities with avl come to the fore.
They too had to go cap in hand to Rothchilds when they were getting low on working capital pre the financing from RMB.
I too am dissappointed,but this issue may well not be part of the 100M intended but working capital only.
Am yet to find out if I can.
And yes I agree Blackoil with what you are about to say!For the moment.
