Incorrect if you do a patent search of a number of Chinese patents and you will see many that were failures that a 6 year old child would recognise as failures as stated here :

Guessing this post will be moderated despite me having first hand experience with patent applications and critiquing patents , as there seems to be an agenda against me posting about this subject
