Directors unanimously support the resolution which means Todd and OCJ will vote yes and will give them sufficient to meet the 75% of those that vote.
An EGM for that?
Ridiculous that this is the most urgent thing the Directors have done. Agree with an earlier post, they could just slip it into the next AGM if they really want. Perhaps we paid them exertion fees for a think tank to come up with the new name - Cheryl didn't quite explain how this bird of prey better reflects the Company direction
