I am in no way experienced enough to be able to judge any of the Geo's, though to date, MGVs have likely beaten the EVN team assigned to the J/V, but... I don't think the results for either teams have been great.

Regarding the now solidified J/V funding arrangements, they are what they are. We can only know more if the J/V can even agree on a work program.

As for what happens if the T/O fails, interesting question. I guess it depends on how/why it fails.

@cashedupbogan - WB at WGX is likely playing nice, so no need to point any of this out.... just like MGV have not thrown any real mud at WGX (their past is... jaded due to Cookie being in charge). As for what EVN does, I imagine they are not particularly streamlined in their decision processes, but happy to be proven wrong.

The share price sitting under $0.30 implies to me that the 'market' is less sure about another offer than when it was first announced, but... could change soon enough.
