Seriousky, do the maths. At best, Muchea starts producing in 3 years. Solar panels last about 9 years. So a minimum of 12 years before any re cycling is done.

Oh yeah, someone has to build a recycling plant!

The only thing I can see happening here is a lot of manpower diwn the drain.
So anyone that thinks this is a good idea, how about putting valid reasons together
