All True,,, But there are no flukes with a Degenerative Neurological Disease , sometimes a Trial Patient would experience the Placebo effect from just being on the trial and a natural release of endorphins from hope, regrettably the progression does not stop but a Cognitive test may demonstrate the Trial Patient is chipper full of positivity and comes across as "Improved" but as you pointed out the Biomarkers will tell the absolute truth.

If and its a good sized IF , If even one patient has reached Disease Stability then PAA is in the Global Spotlight,, If MPL can demonstrate a "Slowing of progression" then it comes down to "how much has the rate of progression been reduced" and "for how long does this Disease Rate Reduction of Progression last for"?

If it is even weeks or months longer than the current incumbents coupled to the fact that MPL has not demonstrated the adverse effects of the current drugs then PAA should expect a knock at the door from Big Pharma.

Additionally the Biomarkers will identify a raft of changes that MPL would be accountable for...The key from my own research is the reduction in the Urine of a specific Protein,, that Protein is what fuels MND and Amyloid Plaque. A reduction in this will clearly show MPL is responsible for the change and could also me extremely useful with Dementia , Parkinsons as well as MND.

Not long to wait now,,,, I can only imagine what the Volume would be if the Market were sitting on the edge of their seats also......

Then its only a short walk to Orphan Drug Status , One would think the application is already pinned awaiting the MND Biomarker Data as a supporting document..

One of my other Bio's has announced it has applied for Orphan Drug Status and is 1 month in and are now at the design of Packaging stage, it's regulated to a 90 day application process... the SP has increased 50% in a month..

With multiple News fronts approaching MND , K9 Commercial Outcome , Human Covid/SARs Trial there is still a solid chance of the Oppies getting in the money...

Management are in the spotlight , so its time for them to shine and demonstrate their skills for the Company,,after all we have done our part to date and Funded the Trip,,,,and the final destination is nearly upon us....NZT
