There would be a financial advantage in PLL paying market price for the uncontracted spod because they would be paying it to SYQ of which they own 25%.
What is more, they own about 9.9% of all of the shares in SYA.
Keeping it in the family (so to speak) would probably explain why there does not seem to be any urgency in announcing who is getting the remaining concentrate.
