CLA holders get
- Some Cash
- >50% permium depending on how you value spinouts
- Partner who can actually finance the mine
- Partner who can actually build the mine
- Partner who can actually operate a complex underground mine
The alternative is we go back to 1c-1.8c range for a long time with very little hope of being able to raise money for a build let along build an underground mine (that hasn't been done by mgmt before) or operate and underground mine ( that mgmt hasnt done before )
reality is CLA would not be able to raise the money for the project and you could be waiting a VERY long time to get the value that silvercorp is offering TODAY
